Artists Kristopher Buchan and Edward Brewer, Jr own the Groton Hobby Shop in Groton, NY.  Kristopher started the miniatures business in 1999 and Edward joined in 2009.  They are masters of the tiny detail.

For Beekman 1802, they've created a simplified scale model of the barn at Beekman Farm that you can construct yourself.

The model kit includes:

• All pre-cut wood to assemble the barn

• Detailed assembly instructions

• Paint:  Barn Red, Gray for the Roof and Floor, Coffee Color for the interior, and White for the trim

• A paint brush

• Modeling glue and finishing nails

• Hinges for the doors

• Sandpaper

• Materials for the interior stables

• A hay loft ladder

Each finished barn is 1/24 scale to the actual Beekman Barn and the assembled kit measures 14 x 23 inches.
