BEEKMAN 1802 Month of March Soap
Never has dirt looked so beautiful. It is, afterall, the literal foundation for everything we do at Beekman 1802. From the vegetable garden, to the flowers, to the grass the goats graze on ? the earth is the most essential contributor to our farm.
We tried to capture our gratitude towards the ground in our Beekman 1802 Month of March soap. We include clay in our recipe this month to help cleanse your skin, as well as scents that remind us of the new grass just beginning to stretch towards the sun. March is a new beginning at the farm. And we think that?s a perfect thing to think about during your morning shower.
Like all BEEKMAN 1802 soap, our Month of March Soap is handmade from the milk of the Beekman goats, who graze freely on the land and drink the waters that once made Sharon Springs one of the most famous spa destinations in the world. BEEKMAN 1802 soap uses the highest percentage of pure goat milk possible in each bar. You may notice a faint layer of ash on the bottom of the soap, which washes away with first use. This ash affirms the bar is made from pure goat milk using non-chemical methods. Because of the seasonality of our ingredients, and the different chemical-free essential oils used for fragrance, there may be slight differences in color between all soaps. Each bag of BEEKMAN 1802 Month of March Soap contains two wrapped 3.25 oz bars.
