I know this was posted some time ago, but I was wondering it’s possible to make heavy cream from goat’s milk. There are so, so many things that heavy cream goes into, that make it unsuitable for those with allergies to cow’s milk, plus goat’s milk has such a unique taste of it’s own. I would love to use it if available. Just wondering . . . Thanks and happy holidays.
