We stand behind our goods and services and want Neighbors to be satisfied with them. We will always do our best to take care of our Neighbors – to deal with them fairly
and reasonably and we hope that they will be fair and reasonable with us as well.

returns for 30 days from date of delivery.
We and our artisans care deeply about ensuring that our products are in perfect
condition. If you find flaws in our products and request a refund, we ask that you
either return the product and/or send us a clear photo so we know what happened
and can prevent it from happening again.
Unless defective, beauty products, food items and bedding cannot be returned once opened.
Returns and Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for any reason we are happy to oblige as long as the item is still new and in sellable condition. Clothing that has been worn or washed is not eligible for exchange. Beekman 1802 will cover shipping expenses for size-related
exchanges. The customer is responsible for shipping charges on all other exchanges.
In-Store Returns & Exchanges
Merchandise can be returned to and exchanged in our Mercantile.
Cancellations cannot be made once an order has been shipped.
Returns on subscription items follow the same procedure as our regular return policy; however, any issues with subscriptions must be reported within 5 business days of receipt; no credits can be issued after that.
Cancellation requests can be made at any time; however, items in the subscription
cannot be changed or substituted.
Your last shipment, after cancellation, will depend on the date of the cancellation request and the current subscription cycle. If cancellation occurs before the “Cut Off Dates” listed below, you will not receive any further shipments. If cancellation occurs between the “Cut Off Date” and the “Ship Date,” you will receive one more shipment. Below are the details for each subscription cycle:

Cut-Off Date: 23rd of the month / Ship Date: 1st Monday of the month.
Specialty Food Box -
Cut-Off Date: Last day of the month / Ship Date: 2nd Monday of the month.
Beauty Box -
Cut-Off Date: 14th of the month / Ship Date: 3rd Monday of each quarter. Quarterly shipping months are January, April, July, and October.
Scent of the Month -
Cut-Off Date: 15th of the month / Ship Date: 4th Monday of the month.
Furniture Return Policy
Furniture can be returned for 30 days from date of delivery, if in saleable condition.
Customer is responsible for the return shipping cost on any furniture, with the exception of furniture delivered damaged or defective.
Trip of a Lifetime/Farm Tour Ticket Cancellation Policy
- Tickets to tour Beekman 1802 cannot be refunded.
