Our Beekman 1802 Blaak Onion Jam is hand-made in small batches, and slow roasted for hours using locally-sourced onions, real maple syrup and pure balsamic vinegar. It's not too sweet, yet tangy and bold enough to compliment your favorite cheeses, like Beekman 1802 Blaak. Other ideas? Try it in omelets or with pork. In the Beekman 1802 kitchen, we spoon a generous amount underneath the skin of a whole chicken before roasting. It was the first cheese condiment we created, and still the most popular.
