We want every customer (or as we call you, our Neighbor) to be entirely thrilled with their Beekman 1802 purchase.
We stand behind our goods and services and want Neighbors to be satisfied with them. We will always do our best to take care of our Neighbors – to deal with them fairly and reasonably and we hope that they will be fair and reasonable with us as well.
If you are in anyway dissatisfied, please contact our customer service team at email@example.com, or call us at 1-888-801-1802. We accept returns for 30 days from date of delivery.
We and our artisans care deeply about ensuring that our products are in perfect condition. If you find flaws in our products and request a refund, we ask that you either return the product and/or send us a clear photo so we know what happened and can prevent it from happening again.
Unless defective, beauty products, food items and bedding cannot be returned once opened.
Returns and Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for any reason we are happy to oblige as long as the item is still new and in sellable condition. Clothing that has been worn or washed is not eligible for exchange. Beekman 1802 will cover shipping expenses for size-related
exchanges. The customer is responsible for shipping charges on all other exchanges.
In-Store Returns & Exchanges
Merchandise can be returned to and exchanged in our Mercantile.
Cancellations cannot be made once an order has been shipped.
Furniture Return Policy
Furniture can be returned for 30 days from date of delivery, if in saleable condition.
Customer is responsible for the return shipping cost on any furniture, with the exception of furniture delivered damaged or defective.
Trip of a Lifetime/Farm Tour Ticket Cancellation Policy
- Tickets to tour Beekman 1802 cannot be refunded.
- Cancellation policies for Beekman 1802 Trips of a Lifetime vary according to trip. Please check the cancellation policy listed on the product page for a specific Trip of a Lifetime
Discounts & Gift Cards
Discounts may not be applicable to some artisan items, bundles, subscriptions and experiences.
Newsletter Welcome discount code for newsletter subscription is eligible for only new subscribers only. Limit one use per customer.
Multiple discounts cannot be applied on the sale of one product.
Sale products are ineligible for additional discounts.
Gift cards expire 5 years from purchase date if unused.
Canceled and Sold Out Items
If anything in your order is canceled or sold out due to stock fluctuations, that item in your order will be refunded when the rest of your order ships. During sales, flash sales, and other site-wide events, rain checks will not be given out of sold out or out-of-stock items.
Camp Beekman Badging Program Terms and Conditions:
Beekman 1802 reserves the right to limit the number of badges per customer. Badges and corresponding products are in limited quantities and are available while supplies last. To receive the Picnic Badge, you must be signed up a subscriber to the Almanac by 11:59 PM ET on 7/31/19 to receive your badge. It will be sent with your fall issue, tentatively scheduled to be sent in mid-August.
Beekman 1802 reserves the right to refuse badges or hats to anyone who cannot provide proof of purchase or, in the case of the Good Neighbor badge, cannot provide proof of submitting their good deed at https://beekman1802.com/camp-beekman-good-deeds/. By submitting your information on our Good Neighbor page, you are consenting to receiving marketing communications from Beekman 1802. Good Neighbor Badges are limited to 1 per Neighbor. Neighbors cannot submit more than one good deed via our form, multiple submissions by a single Neighbor will not be considered. Badge holds no cash value. Beekman 1802 will take care of shipping and handling for the Good Neighbor Badge. Only 300 badges are available per submission day (6/26/19, 7/25/19, 8/8/19). Badges available while supplies last.
