Winter nights are long on the farm. The bright side, though, is that we measure them in mugs of cocoa. When we decided to create our own hot cocoa mix, we hunted for the richest, most potent, darkest cocoa powder we could find. Then we doubled the amount. Then we used only natural flavors to create a few extra interesting varieties. Kinda makes you want to come spend a long winter night with us, huh?
Choose from four heirloom varieties: Double Chocolate, Salted Caramel, Dark Chocolate, or Peppermint.
Salted Caramel: Sugar, dutch processed cocoa, natural caramel flavor, rice extract, salt Double Chocolate: Sugar, dutch processed cocoa, rice extract, natural flavor. Dark Chocolate Sugar, Cocoa Powder (Processed with Alkali), Vanilla Powder (Madagascar Vanilla Bean Extractives, Dextrose), Salt. Contains milk. Peppermint: Sugar, Cocoa Powder (Processed with Alkali), Modified Dairy Solids (Buttermilk and Whey Solids), Stabilizer (Gum Arabic, Xanthan Gum, Carrageenan), Peppermint Flavor (Maltodextrin, Gum Acacia, Natural Flavor, Silicon Dioxide [Less than 2% as an anti-caking agent], Salt.
