    Old Fashion Spice Blend. Harvested from Small Northeastern Farms.

    When Beekman Farm was built in 1802, one of the only ways of preserving the harvest was pickling. We follow that tradition, filling up the root cellar in the basement with the summer garden harvest. (The wall of the root cellar is marked 1872, so it's been remodeled, lol.) In our Picked & Pickled vegetables, we use only the freshest American vegetables harvest from small farms in the northeast. Each small batch is made by hand from a recipe passed down through the years. 

    Enjoy as an appetizer, side dish, or snack right out of the jar. 




    Carrots, Distilled Vinegar, Sugar, Water, Kosher Salt, Spices, Dill Seed, Black Peppercorn.
